The Pants Collective

Long have I loved the music of Australia’s The Living End

In my high school days, I was heard more than once referring to their self-titled album as “the perfect collection.”  With the insubordinate blast of Prisoner Of Society to the weirdo uniting Strange (and man, that instrumental last track), TLE’s album was constantly in my possession and is still a mainstay of my listening diet to this day.

They gave me my only rock and roll scar; the chipped tooth I gained in a mosh pit as they rocked the crowd at the Metro in Chicago many years back.

Now the band’s Andy Strachan is debuting his project, The Pants Collective.  The self-titled debut hits today on iTunes.
