If Mom taught me anything, it’s that (Sunday) sharing is caring

It’s Sunday.  It’s Mothers Day (hi Mom!).  And if Mom taught me anything, it’s that sharing is caring.

Sunday Share.  Here are the things on the Internet that have made my days this week:

This is easily the coolest thing I’ve seen this week (or for many weeks).  With two wires and one small component, you can turn a phone jack in your house into a charger for your cell phone.  Yep.  Phone jacks as a power source, even if the regular power is out.  Keep this in mind for the zombie apocalypse:

While we’re getting our Macgyver on, how about we make a cool action-y sci-fi movie, complete with Bullet Time  à la The Matrix.

But Justin, I’m broke and making a movie in my mom’s basement.  I can’t afford special effects.

No matter, I say!  Dismantle your family’s ceiling fan and make one of these: GeeksAreSexy: Ceiling Fan + GoPro Camera = Low Budget Bullet Time.  You’re welcome.

Now, one of my favorite things on the Web is a tool for keeping track of my favorite things on the Web: Instapaper!  Definitely something you should check out.

So check it.  I’m on my phone, on my computer, surfing the Internet on my lunch break.  I come across a cool page I want to save for later…maybe write a little something about it, toss it around to my friends.  Click the button on my phone…BAM!  Instapaper it!  On my browser.  Instapaper!  It’s like bookmarks, only, they go everywhere.  And, on the rare occasion the site goes down, this is their error photo:

Yeah. Be annoyed now. Try it.

And finally, this:

Now go call your mother.
